Screenprinting:
Artwork: $60 hr. ($30 minimum) for most vector based art, photoshop jobs may be higher depending on the complexity of the job. All art charges must be determined before production starts. Absolutely no perspective artwork will be started without an order or downpayment in place! (Nobody likes to work for free!) Customer Approval is required!
Samples:
PREPRODUCTION SAMPLE: $75.00 per position imprinted for spot color preproduction sample and required on orders of 3000 pieces or more, four or more spot colors. Preproduction sample is included with four color process and simulated process set up fees. Payment terms must be in place and agreed upon by both parties. Once the sample is received, if there are any adjustments or changes made to imprint positions, image sizes, or screens that require to be re-made, new set up fees will result.
SPEC SAMPLE: $125.00 per position imprinted plus all set up fees. Once approval is received, re-order set up fees will apply. If changes are made to spec sample, new screen charges will apply.
If shipping of preproduction sample is requested, overnight shipment is not included in set up fees. Shipping of final product is not included in above charges.
PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is 7-10 business days from date ordered, with camera ready art supplied or art charges approved, payment method approved and product in house. Art not approved within 24 hours of receipt delays production time and may result in re-order set up fees.

SCREEN SET UP CHARGES: $25.00 ea.
FOUR COLOR PROCESS SET UP: $195.00 full setup
RE-ORDER SCREEN POLICY: $15.00 ea.
WASH UP (COLOR CHANGE): $15.00 ea.
SWEATSHIRT IMPRINTING: Add $0.50 ea.
SLEEVE PRICING: Add $0.50 ea.
PANT PRICING: Add $0.50 ea.
PMS COLOR MATCH: $50.00
CLOSE MATCH: $20.00
RUSH SERVICES: Available upon request, with minimum order billed $250.00 and production time approval. A 50% upcharge of imprint order may incur.
UNPACKING & REPACKING: Some products come bagged, boxed, tagged or labeled. If re-packing, unfolding, label clipping or other extra handling is required, be prepared to add $0.10 to $0.50 per item. Please call for the exact quote.
POLYBAG SERVICES: Add $0.40 per piece individually folded and polybagged
OVER/UNDER RUN: 2% per print position. If exact quantities are required please order 2% more goods per size, per location imprinted. Exact quantity orders incur a $50.00 exact quantity fee. All products will be printed. Misprinted garments will not be billed for imprinting.

OVERSIZED FULL FRONT / BACK PRINT: 14” wide x 18” tall max
SHORT SLEEVE: 3.5” wide x 5” tall max
LONG SLEEVE: 3.5” wide x 15” tall max
POCKET PRINT: 3 ¾” wide x 4” tall max
ABOVE POCKET: 4” wide x 3” tall max (must allow 3/8” clearance
between top of pocket and bottom of imprint)
NON-STANDARD IMPRINT AREAS: Unusual locations need a detailed scaled image of the garment showing precise location of art and any specific instructions.
Dark Color Shirts: Require an underbase which is billed as an additional color and set up charge. Including the underbase, up to 8 spot colors are available.

F.O.B. Buffalo, NY at our discretion. Evolution Apparel will ship each order as specified by you on the sales order that will be signed and returned to us. We are NOT responsible for any content damage or loss of business due to any 3rd party delay or misdirection.
PAYMENT: A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required prior to production, remaining 50% due on receipt of goods. Please do not assume terms are extended! Non payment will result in delaying delivery of goods and may incur a 5% finance charge! CASH, COMPANY CHECK, PAYPAL, OR CREDIT CARD NECESSARY!
