Creating or Submitting Artwork

Custom Design FAQ

What do I need to supply you for a custom design or logo? Check out Artwork and Logos

All you need to do to create a custom design item is submit a scanned drawing of your design idea, including the color, and size specifications to: sales@evapparel.com and our design specialist will contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss your design and pricing. After we figure out which direction to go, a deposit must be agreed upon to start the artwork process. We will then have one of our graphic artists render a comp of your design for your approval. (Note: All draft iterations of designs are the property of Evolution Apparel. Final approved custom designs are the property of the submitting customer. We recommend you copyright your designs for your future protection.)

What articles of clothing and accessories can I put my design on?

You can put your design on almost anything! From t-shirts, to jeans, to skirts, skorts, and shorts, we can make it all. You can even create your own custom handbag and other matching accessories. See our catalog for a full list of customizable items. Please remember that all orders must have minimum quantities that need to be met to qualify as an order.

What are your minimum quantities?

Screenprint Orders: Must be a minimum of 24 pcs. (with the same color artwork, on the same color or similar color apparel.

Embroidery Orders
: Must be a minimum of 12 pcs. (any orders under 12 pcs. are subject to upcharges)

Promotional Products: Mimimum varies depending on the item. (generally the lower the product price, the higher the minimums are)

Can I supply my own artwork or digitizing?

Only if artwork is inspected and deemed "useable" by Evolution Apparel (useable artwork is in editable vector format, with all text converted to artwork .cdr, .ai, .eps, & .pdf) if not we would need to either re-work or design the artwork for you. As for digitizing for embroidery, we prefer to do our own in house digitizing, so we don't have to guess if a design is going to run well on our machines. If you have a digitized design and absolutely want us to run your supplied version, We will not be held responsible for logo defects or damaged goods due to poor digitizing!
